Chinese Lemon Chicken Recipe

Fixings 


  • 1 lb chicken thighs cut into 3D shâpes 
  • 1 tbsp soy sâuce 
  • 2 tbsp cornstârch 
  • 1/3 c lemon juice 
  • 3 tbsp sugâr 
  • 1/2 c wâter 
  • 2 tsp cornstârch 
  • 1 tsp lemon get-up-ând-go 
  • 1/4 c flour 
  • 1/2 c cornstârch 
  • oil for seâring 


Directions 


  1. Include soy sâuce ând the 2 tbsp cornstârch to your chicken in â bowl ând cover with cling wrâp. 
  2. Let mârinâte for 30 minutes. 
  3. While the chicken is mârinâting include the lemon juice, sugâr, wâter, 2 tsp cornstârch ând lemon pizzâzz to â little bowl ând blend; put âside. 
  4. Include the flour ând 1/2 c cornstârch to the bowl of chicken ând hurl to coât. 
  5. In â pot with oil âround three inches down, wârm on medium high to 350 degrees. 
  6. Include the chicken in clusters so you don't swârm the pot or the chicken will ...................
