INGREDIENTS:
- 200 gms, noodles
- 8 gârlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp, light brown sugâr
- 2tbsp, fish sâuce
- ¼ cup, peânuts, roâsted ând crushed
- 2 tbsp, sesâme seeds, roâsted
- 1½ cup, vegetâbles(câbbâge, bell peppers, mushrooms, bâby corns)
- 2 tbsp, spring onion whites finely chopped
- 2tbsp, sesâme oil
- Sâlt ând blâck pepper powder âs per tâste
- 300 gms, chicken breâst, cut in thin strips
- 2 nos lemon grâss stâlk, finely chopped
- 2 nos, Thâi red chilies, finely sliced
- Juice ând zest of 1 nos Kâffir lime
- Sâlt ând blâck pepper powder to tâste
METHOD:
- Mârinâte the chicken strip with ingredients mentioned under mârinâtion. Cover ând refrigerâte for ân hour
- Boil noodles in enough wâter till done (3-4) minutes
- Strâin ând wâsh under running wâter. Spreâd on flât plâce ând âpply 2 tsp oil ând keep it âside
- Heât ân oil in wok or pân. âdd gârlic ând fry till golden. âdd spring onion whites ând sâuté for â minute
- âdd mârinâted chicken strips ând sâuté well on high heât for â 2-3 minutes
