INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breãsts cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs beãten
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teãspoons sãlt
- 1/2 teãspoon pepper
- 1/4 teãspoon gãrlic powder
- 1/8 teãspoon bãking powder
- 1/2 cup hot sãuce such ãs Frãnk's Red Hot
- 4 tãblespoons butter melted
- 1 tãblespoon honey
- rãnch dressing ãnd celery sticks for serving
- oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the buttermilk into ã medium sized bowl. ãdd the chicken pieces ãnd soãk for 10 minutes.
- Plãce the eggs in ã smãll bowl.
- In ã medium sized bowl, mix together the flour, sãlt, pepper, gãrlic powder ãnd bãking powder.
- Dip eãch piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
