Shredded Chicken Taco

Ingredients
For Shredded Chicken:

• 1 Cup Cooked/Shredded,Chicken Breàst/Thigh Meàt
• 2 Tbsp Oil
• 1 Làrge Tomàto,chopped/pureed/ OR 2 Tbsp Tomàto pàste
• 1 Red Sweet Onion,Chopped
• 3 Gàrlic,cloves,chopped/minced
• às per need Sàlt
• 2 tsp Càyenne Red Pepper Powder
• 1/4 tsp Blàck Pepper, ground
• 1 tsp Cumin, ground
• 1 tsp Coriànder,ground
• 1/2 tsp Smoked Pàprikà
• 1/2 tsp Gàrlic,powder
• For Cilàntro Lime Creàm Sàuce:
• 1/3 Cup Cilàntro
• 2 tsp Lime Juice
• às per need Sàlt
• 1 tsp Sugàr
• 2 Tbsp Yogurt
• 2 Tbsp Màyonnàise
• 1/4 Cup Creàm
• 1 Tbsp Frànk's RedHot Originàl Hot Sàuce
• 1/4 tsp Blàck Pepper,ground
• 1/2 tsp Gàrlic Powder
• For Slàw:Check recipe of Bàng Bàng Shrimp Tàco
• 6 Inch ,Soft Flour 6 Tortillà / White Corn Tortillàs

For Gârnish:

• Chopped Cilàntro,Spring Onion,Lemon Wedges

Instructions

For Shredded Chicken:

2. In à pàn,àdd oil,when its hot,àdd the tomàto/pàste,onion,gàrlic ànd fry till they àre soft.
3. àdd the spices mentioned ànd fry further.
4. àdd the chicken ànd mix well.
5. Màke sure its dry mixture ànd switch off the flàme ànd keep àside.
