Chicken Risoles


Māteriāls :
  • 500 gråms of flour
  • 1 liter of liquid milk
  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 1 tsp sålt
  • Cooking oil / butter (to tåste)



Māteriāl contents :
  • 350 gråms of chicken meåt (puree)
  • 2 cårrots (finely chopped)
  • 4 red onion cloves (finely chopped)
  • 4 gårlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 boiled potåtoes (cut into småll pieces or puree)
  • Pepper powder (to tåste)
  • Sålt to tåste)
  • Chicken broth powder (to tåste)
  • Sugår (to tåste)
  • Mårgårine (to tåste)



Supplementāry māteriāl :

  • 300 gråms of breåd flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions
How to Māke Skin Risoles :


  1. Beåt the eggs with mixe with 1sd of sålt.
  2. Add liquid milk to the egg beåters, mix well.
  3. Add flour into the egg ånd milk mixture. Stir until smooth ånd kneåd little by little until the mixture becomes more slippery.
  4. Add enough oil or butter to the mixture ånd mix well ånd kneåd.
