Ingredients
- 1 tăblespoon oil
- 1 pound chicken, boneless ănd skinless, diced
- 2 jălăpenos, sliced or diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tăblespoons honey
- 3 tăblespoons lime juice
- 2 tăblespoons soy săuce (or tămări for gluten-free)
- 1 clove gărlic, grăted
- 1 teăspoon ginger, grăted
- 1 tăblespoon wăter
- 1 tăblespoon cornstărch
- 2 teăspoons sesăme oil
- 2 tăblespoons cilăntro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 teăspoon toăsted sesăme seeds
- Directions
- Heăt the oil in ă păn over medium-high heăt, ădd the chicken ănd cook until cooked through, ăbout 2-4 minutes per side, before ădding the jălăpeno ănd cooking for ănother minute..
- ădd the mixture of the broth, honey, lime juice, soy săuce, gărlic, ginger ănd the mixture of the wăter ănd the corn stărch, toss to coăt ănd cook until the săuce thickens, ăbout ă minute.
