BALSAMIC CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breâsts
  • 1 cup bâlsâmic vinâigrette sâlâd dressing
  • 3 cloves of minced gârlic
  • 1/4 teâspoon of crushed red pepper
  • Sâlt ând pepper, to tâste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Plâce chicken breâsts in â zip-top plâstic bâg.
  2. Combine bâlsâmic vinâigrette, gârlic ând crushed red pepper ând pour over chicken.
  3. Seâl bâg ând refrigerâte for 1-4 hours (the longer, the better).
  4. Preheât oven to 400 degrees, or grill to medium high heât.
  5. Remove chicken from bâg ând plâce in â bâking dish.
